To get connected simply visit the Vehicle Dashboard page click this link, sign into your Ford account, and click the "Text an EV Specialist" link on the page. A Ford EV expert will be in touch with you via text soon after to assist with your live questions. I have a lot more confidence in getting an accurate, meaningful answer in a timely manner from this forum than I would from this service. I can't really think of any question I have had, might have, or might have had that a text chat would be the optimal way to answer.

Plus, this forum is more entertaining than most textbots. I mean, that's just plain funny, @Moeyjar.

Just tried it. Asked about precondition they could not answer and referred me to the call centre

Essentially a 'chat' line. These are becoming really useful. One knowledgeable person can handle several callers. If, and that is a big 'if', are trained and assisted with learning more, these are a lot more useful than a call center. I expect that some sort of AI will do the preliminary responses, and then switch over to a trained person specializing in the problems we are having.

@Ford Motor Company can we use this new feature to report all the software bugs? Like how the “disable motion sensor” popup still does nothing even after the update claimed it fixed that problem? Haha
