They are dealing with exactly what I went through at the beginning and the first few months of ownership. A SOBDMC module was the fix here. Nothing says they can not become defective or corrupted over time. I think they need their service to see if they can reproduce it at their location with no Fordpass involved. Always resets always will eventually go to 100%. Only way to stop it from going to 100% is to yank out the cable charging it.I'd suggest you go back and read what I wrote in post #15. The issue here is with FordPass, not the car, IMO.
