Hi all, one more question from me to see if you've experienced this and if there might be a fix.
My phone is always on the wireless charger in the car.
Once connected to Android Auto, the bluetooth and wifi icons at the top of the phone screen start going nuts. Blinking on and off very rapidly.
While it's doing that, the phone gets hotter than normal and, even though it's charging, it's battery slowly depletes.
My car did have to be repaired and the dealership loaned me a 2022 Edge that seemed like it had the same SYNC system. Anyways, this did not happen in the Edge! It only happens in the Mach-E. It works flawlessly in the Edge.
Phone is a Samsung Fold3 with latest software.
Rebooting the phone and/or Sync have no effect.
@Ford Motor Company I'm willing to do anything to help fix this. I'm here if you have questions or need more info or need me to try something.
Thanks!
