Been having the same issue, speech in audio is very noticeable, I had no idea that it could be caused by blown speakers. It seems to change day to day, and since it happened right after an update, I thought it was software related. If I hadn't seen this thread, I would have had no idea that it could be hardware related.

Mine was definitely hardware and since having it fixed, no complaints.

Hey there! I can look into your Mach-E’s noise concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?
Has anyone found what the cause of this was? My 2021 started this same issue a few months ago and it has gotten extremely bad.

My 2021 Job 2 currently has a blown center B&O speaker. For now, I have just changed the fade to use upper driver's side until I can drop it off. Apparently it's just a random thing with the Job 1 and 2 according to my contact at the dealer.

Have y’all been having to pay for it to be replaced or have the dealerships been giving on having them replaced for free? Been seeing different experiences and would prefer not to play since my preferred method of my music isn’t blaring it.

Well... My GT is catching up... I will be on #3 center dash speaker replacement now! What the heck is wrong with our B & O system or speaker?!? I don't blast my music that high, ha-ha. Still cheerfully covered under my 3/36. Dealer has no issue replacing again... on Ford's dime 100%! Uggg, all sound is switched to full left, but any voice guidance comes out the center automatically and it's awful.

I have the same problem. All system sounds, navigation prompts, and music that come through the front, center speak now have a buzz. I can adjust the fade to get the music off that speaker, but can’t do anything about the rest.

So I just got off the phone with Ford manufacturer. If everyone that is having this problem hasn’t done so already, please call them and make a case number for your vehicle. If they get enough, they will have a recall bulletin for the matter to be resolved.

Good morning! Could you privately message us with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer so I can look into this speaker concern? Thank you!

Anyone still having an issue with their center channel? I am having the same issue with my 22 AWD Ext Premium. But it doesn’t happen all the time so I don’t think it’s blown. I am able to recreate it. I noticed it happened when it was hot outside and I had the AC on for a while. Now that it’s cold outside here in NC the center channel sounds blown when I first turn on the car but when it gets warm from the heat being in for a while it’s fixed. So the cabin temperature is what affects the sound. Could it be a wiring issue? Why would the temp affect it? It’s not blown because it would be blown all the time.

About 1 week after hitting 36k on the odometer, my 2021 Mach-E Premium’s front center speaker started sounding distorted whenever a blue cruise “keep your eyes on the road” warning sound played or when startup sound played. It’s somewhat noticeable at other times. I first noticed it immediately after an update. Quite frustrating obviously but I see I have plenty of company. Can someone tell me what they paid a dealer to replace it? And if I pay for a replacement and it keeps blowing out like some others have experienced, is the replacement speaker covered by a warranty?
