Automatic updates will not turn on

Ok, so no idea why but my automatic updates for system updates will not turn on. Anyone care to explain what might be going on?

I wouldn't trust the app to get my name correct. Yes the car. The toggle switch just won't turn on. Ghost in the machine. It was on before. Today it doesn't like me.

Maybe it's in the process of downloading or installing an update? No idea, just a possible guess. ?‍

Check it again tomorrow.

Just checked mine and it also shows automatic updates is off.
Also shows v1.7.1 power up, but no notes, calculator, tic tac toe, or other v1.7.1 features.

Mine is also having this issue. Automatic updates does not turn on and it says I have v.1.7.1 but don't see any of the features. This is weird because I know I turned automatic updates on in hopes of getting the 1.7.1 update but idk what is going on

This is a known bug of a failed update. The team is working to resolve it
