I called today and it is going in on Thursday. They told me they heard back from someone, but it wasn't anything useful. (Their words, not mine) We will see come Thursday, but I just hope to have some answer. Mine is making noise on low speed left and right turns where it's more of a sharper turn like pulling out of a parking spot, turning out on to a street or figure eights in a parking lot (the technician did this).
I just took my MME4X out for a spin because I suspected something similar in mine. I can confirm the same symptoms (built Nov 2020). I have an appointment already set for Monday to deal with the windshield and glass roof recall, I will be calling in tomorrow morning to add this to the list.

Add me to the list, although it is not very frequent. Mostly first thing in the morning when I start driving. I’ll bring it up when I have my recalls done, but By the sound of it parts aren’t available and I’ll probably have a hard time reproducing the issue as it is right now. I assume it will get worse…

Ford is replacing my front motor. They the noise is coming from inside the motor. I’m awaiting a new motor as we speak. Car drives fine, just makes the noise when your turn a hard left and right at low speeds.
My axle goes in next week, so we'll see if the noise goes away or if they have to order more things.

I don't recall anyone in this thread or the few other threads mention rear axles. It appears to be a front axle issue.
I have a clunk from what I think is the rear axle under hard acceleration or braking. The dealer says it's from directly below the rear seat (close to the axle to me?) I posted a thread about it and have yet to hear back from the dealer. The last report was that Ford engineering is looking into it. They said it was ok to drive for now.

Hopefully that is the fix. For some reason they said my axles were fine and are relaxing the motor. 5k part. I was shocked.

My update shows the video where you can hear the noise we are getting when turning.

Went into the dealer and they have replaced the R/H half shaft but noise still there so needs more investigation ?

Good to know - sounds like some people have had it be diagnosed as internal to the front motor. I'll know next Wednesday :)

Sounds like an axle to me, but I don't know for sure.

I finally have a diagnosis. As suspected, axle shaft on both left and right are being replaced. One part is on back order until Dec 7 and the other until Dec 28th. I am glad to finally have an answer. I now join the group waiting on parts...

Fingers crossed for you, we replaced mine and still had the noise.

Yeah fingers crossed. My car makes the same noise, mostly turning hard right and sometimes hard left. I have no confidence in my dealer to repair my car.

I finally took some videos of the issue. It is now occurring on sharp turns to both the left and right. It sounds like gravel knocking in the wheel wells.

The sound also happens from time to time during less sharp turns, but that depends: accelerating rather rapidly into a turn from a stop, especially on a bit of a slope, usually triggers the noise.
