Battery Module CSP

I received a CSP notice and called my local dealer. They told me they didn't have any loaners but it should only take 6 hours and not the 3 days from the notice so I said the loaner didn't matter. Now apparently the 6 hours was just to do the testing and some of my battery modules have to be replaced and they are backordered. The dealership said that Ford will pay for a rental car but they only work with enterprise and enterprise doesn't have any cars available.

I searched the site and couldn't find anything about CSP 21B69, has anyone else gotten this CSP? Anyone know more about the CSP than what is in the letter? Any suggestions regarding how to find a rental car in the meantime? Wednesday is going to be really rough trying to get both my husband and I to where we need to be...

I had the same result when I took my car in for this CSP. The dealership opted to order the necessary battery module(s) and the Thermal Interface Material (paste) to perform the repair work. The local Enterprise location had been out of vehicles for awhile now, apparently.

I'm genuinely curious - you said you searched, yet there's a clearly titled thread with the issue that comes up in the search easily. Did you... not actually use the search functionality?

If I search for "CSP 21B69" I get no hits except this thread, searching for "21B69" does find the older thread.
