I have been having a saga trying to get BC re-activated after the CC stored in my account expired and it auto canceled mid-December. For some reason unknown to anyone at Ford after numerous attempts to reactivate it fails and I never receive a receipt even after completing the activation process. The vehicle operates fine with adaptive CC and lane centering with the hands on the wheel. This is a 2023 job 2 which has (had) BC 1.3 working fine before the cancelation.
Today I went into my app and online account and BlueCruise has now disappeared from Connected Services altogether.
Before I spend more time on the 'phone with the Connected Services team has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution? Will Connected Services not show BC as an option if there is a fault with the vehicle (assume would need a FDRS lookup)?
