Purchased mine about 4 or 5 years ago to use on my ICE cars and truck. Works just as well with the MME.

MX+ with Android and CarScanner.

I got the Vgate vLinker FS USB OBDII for using Forscan on a Windows laptop. Good combo!

I went with OBDLink MX+

The developer of the Forscan app makes comments about "dubious" adapters that aren't good. I didn't want any hassles so I went with the recommended product.

I used that on my 2014 Volt to reset the 'Service High Voltage' error every day or it wouldn't charge. Did that for 6 months, then traded it in on my 2023 Premium. Haven't used it on that yet, but it worked well on my Volt.

I use a Veepeak OBDCheck BLE adapter. Seems to be fine with CarScanner. I haven’t checked FORScan compatibility since I have a Mongoose+ that I use for FDRS. Now, if I could plug the Mongoose into my phone, I wouldn’t have bought a Bluetooth OBD-2 adapter. ?‍?

I had an extension to relocate my code. Reader works pretty good hidden pretty well easy to get to now.
