Ash (Mr.GVAK) figured out the side marker issue but takes to pins to be moved, one in each connector. That said, Bruce is going to have all new connectors made with both the proper pony turn on and side marker wiring. ?

Someone needs to make a template for the precise amount of vinyl/tape/something to cover the camera to block the pony light from the lens. I love the ponies, but it does ,mess with the camera a bit.

I laid thevinyl wrap across the bottom of the lens. I went straight across the lens.

Attach it lightly so that you can move it up and down. Keep checking the screen for the best result. When you find the right spot (usually when the tape just starts to become visible and starts to block view of the bumper), the press down the vinyl.

Then use a very sharp blade. I used the VVivid blades which are great for Vinyl and PPF. Then I just cut the excess away.

A version cut to size would be difficult to position. It is easier to reposition when you have extra material. A die cut version would be a little bit of a pain, especially since it is so small (like half a dime). https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/bskt-design-updates.44851/post-952952

Hey friends - installed both the front and rear ponies this weekend. They look amazing! I have a 24 Premium and did not get the new High configuration adapter but was able to follow the previous posts re-wiring instructions to get it to power up.
My question is - is the front supposed to illuminate with the daytime running lamps / unlock sequence too? Or is it only going to illuminate with the actual head lights turned on.
I did not move the wire from the connector to the other slot as mentioned a few months ago on premiums - I do not have the issue where it stays illuminated after the car is powered down.
Wondering if I need to request the High Config harness and just rewire when it arrives?

I fixed my front today, works fine now. If you need to mark me off a list of potentials later, just message me.

My rear isnt working correctly though; it turns off the inside bottom passenger side tailight; no tail light, no brake light, no amber flashing. I might need a rear harness replaced :/ I'd post the video but my plate is in the picture. If its needed ill post it later. I did message Bruce so Ill see what he says.

A new rear set is being sent out to you today.

Mark, I was told I could reach out to you from Bruce/Miguel - I would like to be added to the list for a new reverse Y harness - I think the wiring is wrong or missing something. Having a dead spot on the horizontal tail light and lower blinker.
Also if you can add me to the list for the High Config harness too. I got it working with the low but not all functioning as intended.
Let me know how to get you any more info you need from me.

spoke with BSKT team - I just need that you say on the thread forum that contacted Bskt and new conectors are beeing made for 24/25 rear and all conectors are fixed for good in 1 week

looks like newer models have different wiring configuration - will need different Y splitter adapter.

This is pretty interesting, and maybe worth a try. I played around with 3-D printing a surround for the camera lens.

I started with a surround designed for a Tesla camera and adjusted the size of it but I would’ve needed to do more tweaking to get it to cover the light coming out of the pony. Because the camera lens is a fisheye, it captures a very wide field of view. As a side benefit, I also believe this would help keep water droplets off the lens.

However, I got tired of re-printing slight variations of the same thing and eventually just arrived at the conclusion that it was easier to disconnect the reverse light function on the pony ?.

You received the correct high light config connector/harness however there is an issue with it that was just discovered where the side marker light in the headlamp does not come on. Bruce is having new connector/harnesses made that will fix this and will be sending them out from his location as I will be in Europe until the middle of next month. Personally, I would wait until you get the new connector so you don't have to pull everything apart twice.

21 premium. Installed front pony after receiving the new harness. No issues. Looks great. Did not have to take off the front camera connections as in the instructions video.
Pony lights up only when the headlights are on. Which I think is expected.

That is correct. With the exception of a few rear ponies, they are all sold out of front ponies. Bruce has another batch being made and they will be here middle of next month by the time I return from Europe and will start shipping out orders again. Also, I will have the new/updated connector/harnesses that I will be shipping out to everyone that got the incorrect ones.
