Was told my buy back request has been approved. Don’t have the offer details yet but deciding if want to upgrade from a 2023 AWD Ext to a 2024 GT or 2024 premium. Or just take the money and shop another EV. Have to say other EVs that are currently on the market don’t interest me very much.

If do go through the replacement process, any tips from others how to make it as smooth as possible?

I would just say whatever issue you had with your current Mach give the one you wish to purchase a thorough test drive before purchasing.

I'm in california, buyback rules differ from state to state. It takes about a week to get numbers. I took the substitution of collateral (SOC) as that worked best for me. Get the offer see what seat fits best.

No, but I might get a used one in a few years.

Take a look at the Genesis GV60 Performance.

Deals seem to vary regionally but in NJ there have been 16.5k factory lease incentives and even some substantial dealer discounts on top of that.

I've had one for about a month and love it. The Mach E Premium 4x will be going back to Ford in 10 days. I considered going with a GTPE but the GV60 suited us better in many ways.

What do you think about the Ioniq 5 N?

Ionic 5 (N or otherwise) is a fun car to drive. I nixed it due to lacking wireless CarPlay and (at the time) no tax credit. BlueCruise is slightly better ADAS overall if you don’t opt for hands free.
If I ever DC Fast Charged, I’d have gone with the Ionic.
