I'd try a Sync reboot first.

Otherwise, blue is often what is shown instead of black when there is no video signal from the camera. could be time to visit the dealer.

Since a Sync reboot didn't clear it, I'd guess that the front camera is disconnected or dead. I suggest you head to the dealer.
