And now we know why the added safety features.

The only way to do it is going down a large mountain road.I know this is a stupid question and I'm not going to attempt it but I'm curious if it's possible.
The idea I have in mind is running a generator in the trunk and plugging it in while driving.
Or, even more fun (read: dumber), plug it into my friends F150 lightning and charge while following him (very closely).
Is this possible or will the car not charge while in drive?

easy to display on phone with CarScanner App and ODB2I would love to see a readout on the center screen while driving that shows the instantaneous consumption of energy from the HVB. Updated a couple of times a second of course.
The correct answer is it can be done, if the car did not have the safety programming to lock it into park when it is plugged in, you could easily load share with the battery & the charger.I know this is a stupid question and I'm not going to attempt it but I'm curious if it's possible.
