My friend let me play with their 21 MME for the day since I’m considering getting one. While trying to let the car slowly creep into my home garage it kept wanting to come to a stop and I would have to add a lot power to get it to keep rolling. It was unnerving how aggressive I had to be to keep it rolling in such a closed space. The car seemed to be fighting me for the last ten feet or so. There was no warnings or emergency braking happening, it was in whisper drive and not in one pedal drive.
Does your MME allow you to slowly creep along like when parking in the garage?

Was auto hold on? I pull into my garage in whisper and 2PD without a problem. I just let off the brake slowly and it rolls. I keep the camera on and stop when it just goes from beep beep beep to a continuous tone.

Your technique sounds pretty normal. I’ll have to look into the auto hold. I didn’t notice that while driving around but it sure sounds like I might have been wrestling the auto hold.

Also if you were pulling it in with the door open it will keep applying the parking brake FYI.

Definitely check auto hold. I had more trouble with it backing out of the garage though. It took way too much throttle to get it to release, and then it would launch. My sales rep was so excited to show it to me that I grudgingly turned it on. It’s awful.
