None of the doors open, app won't work though it says it's connected. I'm completely locked out, and there's a loud banging sound coming from underneath. Anyone dealt with this?

Key pad on the door pillar won't unlock the doors? Doors won't open with a fob either?

Need more details.

Maybe a dead 12v battery.
Agree. The 12v battery is low. That banging noise is likely the sub woofer speaker in the audio system. The next step to revive the vehicle is to apply 12v to the jumper wires in the front bumper cover. That should pop the hood where you can then remove the driver side plastic cover to access the 12v battery. Apply 12v to those jumper points (A positive blade terminal and a negative bolt screwed into the body). That should wake the car up and then you can diagnose why the LVB went flat.

I'll try that. Seems weird since it was only off less than an hour, though

Another possibility is a loose connection where the positive cable from the 12v battery lands on the fuse block assembly. There has been one or two cars where that turned out to be the issue. If you get the hood open and the LVB show adequate voltage then wiggle the cable where it enters the plastic fuse box. If that feel loose then you might have found your problem.

Hi Corey. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.

It seems the 12v is dead. Not sure how that happened in less than 45 minutes. Attempting to charge now to see if it'll hold it.

We have a saying here in Arizona (not sure if it is true or not....)

"12v batteries die during the summer but we don't find out about it until the winter comes."

That being said, I would be curious to see what codes are stored when you get the car started again. I suspect you might have some DTC related to the headlight switch module. (just a hunch.....)

What happened when you charged it?
Exact same thing happened to me today. Completely dead with loud banging noise from underneath the car.
I tried to charge the HV battery tonight, but everything is dead. Tomorrow I'll tackle jumping and/or charging the 12v.
Prior relevant history: I had the car serviced and the 12v went dead while they had it, so they got a battery from the dealer and replaced it. When I picked it up, I immediately got a "Charging System, Service Soon" error and it has shown up every time I drove the car since - although I never had any trouble with it. The above tip about the loose connection to the fuse block assembly makes sense, so I will check that tomorrow as well.
