Center screen issue

My center screen started having issues today. Originally it was black. I attempted to reboot it with the down and forward button. Every time I do this, it begins to reboot but freezes with a blue line down the middle (picture). If I reboot the screen and put it in reverse the cameras will pop up for a second and then freeze.

I have checked fuse 17 as well and everything is good there. I have waited, plugged into the charger, tried everything I can think of.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue or how to solve?

Try disconnecting the 12v for a true reset? Have you left the car for a few hours?

Thanks for the help, is there an easy way to disconnect the 12v battery? I can’t find anything on it.

I came back after a few hours and still had a blank screen. The blue line got a little further in the process after the reset but still froze.

I also plugged the charger in and it said it was going to take about 24 hours to charge 5 percent which would normally taken about 1 hour.

That blue line is actually just a video, not a very good loading status indicator. It was freezing hard enough to not be able to play the welcome video.
