I just got OTA 6.2 but that's an old one so I doubt it has the needed fix.
It doesn’t. I’m on 6.2 and still have the issue.

I haven’t heard anything more up to this point. I got this update last night, but I’m not sure if it solves the charging issue. I inquired about it with my FSE and have yet to hear back.

On one of the Mach E FB pages another guy reported the same problem with his 23 gtpe. Let's hope ford gets this ota moving.

I'm now being told it should fix it after I master reset it. I haven't tried it since but will tonight. ?‍♂
are you saying a master reset after the revised 6.2.0 should fix? I got to say just the sound of master reset scares hell out of me. I don't remember how that's done. Please let us know if it works!

Yes, I’m told I have to reset because the OTA went to my APIM.

The reset isn’t a big deal, it restores the screen back to factory specs.

APIM has no impact on charging, reset or not it will not fix this issue

Yeah, this is what I suspect too...but I'm just doing what I'm told.
so since the modified 6.2.0 isn't the fix any idea what the number of the OTA is?

Ford's been pretty disappointing on this. The person assigned to me as BEV team point of contact, after an initial conversation explaining she'd keep in the loop, has been MIA and hasn't answered a couple phone messages and a couple emails I've sent over the past month.

I think I'm going to start pursuing a buyback, I don't have a lot of confidence that ford is going to sort this. Can't sell or trade an EV if you're not able reliably and safely schedule charging.

I'm still anxiously waiting for December 11...I'll find out soon enough. I did get 6.3 this morning!

I’m anxiously waiting to see if you get the update and then hopefully I won’t be far behind. Last night I got the 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE update. Before that the last update I got was 6.2.0 in October.
