No audible lane-keeping alerts are set in my car. I don't think that's it. This has never happened before until recently. I work at a school, too, and would hear that every day if it was a school zone alert. I will try driving with the navigation screen open, though, so I can see if something pops up there when it happens again.@Janormelias, it's likely navigation related as Hybrid described. You may find it helpful to leave the vehicle's navigation app open on the big screen so that you can see the text alert when the chimes sound.
Another possibility is that the driver has the lane keeping system set to audibly alert when the vehicle leaves the current lane without the driver using their turn signal.
