I am getting my car cover soon. The front lower vents open to cool
battery charging. Where does the air exit the Mach ?

Yes I do understand this is Important. I am going to have cover modified
with mesh at front opening. But where does air exit so I can modify that
location also ?
The radiator fan is mounted just behind the radiator and blows straight back (under the frunk). Most of the air probably rises up between the hood and the windshield.

While it was working yesterday I did check that location. No air
was exiting that location. Maybe does it exit out the bottom ?

That's quite possible. I don't think there's any ducting, so I guess it just exists wherever there's a path of least resistance.

I've noticed that some significant portion of the air from the radiator fans seems to exit underneath the vehicle and/or near the wheel well area. Not sure exactly.

Heat rises. I think meshing the hood and windshield may defeat the purpose ;). You could let it breath at the vents by meshing it and be the first to experiment how hot it can be prior to having to taking it off. The intake I would thing is more important than the exhaust which should find a way out. I know at 85F without vents (covered with car cover) it is a no go unless you like really really loud fan noise. Doh!

Easy answer is the air exits from the opposite side of the radiator that it is being pushed from.

Heat does rise, when it's moving passively. But on my other Mustang, powered radiator fan air would overwhelmingly exit underneath the engine bay.

Agree I would think the exhaust varies on condition. OP asked exactly where under passive and you may be right. I would cut out the intake and see what happens as a start. If it builds up under the frunk it should spill out?

All good answers. But we still do not know for sure.
Who has the guts to hold a "Smoke Bomb" in front
of the intake ? o_O
