Our local Ford dealer had a demo which was surprising to me since they are so small. They started out by saying go ahead and take it home for the weekend. After that I sold my Wife’s car and they let her take the MME whenever she needed it! We ended up putting 1500 miles on that car!!!

I purchased my MME without being able to test drive it. Has anyone not test driven their MME without out driving it first?
I test drove it, filled out the paperwork and dove it home. My order time was zero.

Nope. Mine was one of the first to be delivered to the dealership. Signed the papers and walked out. Not a single regret!!

I have what I think is a really unique story in this regard. I hadn’t even heard of thr MME until my dad became interested in one. My dad really didn’t want to purchase it until I weighed in on it, but since we live about 150 miles apart, there wasn’t one available at a local dealer when we were in the same place. One day last November I happened to pass by Gibson Ford in Dickson City, PA and saw a test drive vehicle outside. I went into the dealer and was totally honest about my intentions, specially telling them that I was not in the market for a car, but wanted to test drive it before giving my father my imprimatur. The sales girl thanked me for my honestly and allowed me to take it out for a half hour. I fell in live with it and within a month my father and I bought the same exact car, down to the color(Rapid red) from two different dealers, and neither of us paid ADM. Unfortunately, he got a job one and has the window recall pending. I got a job 2….no recall and extra key!

No useful information in this comment; it's just one guys experience on the thread question.
I owned 1 or more Volvos continuously from 1970-2006. After the first I never test drove them before buying, and happily owned each of them 13-15 years. I inherited a new car in 2005 that didn't please me so I traded it in on a sports car I always wanted, without a test drive (just a squat and scootch to see if I would fit in and out of the driver's seat.) I still love this car, but aging makes entry and exit more difficult, so I looked at going with a modern BEV with better tall-driver accommodation. Chose the Ford MME without ever even seeing one, not to mention sitting in it or driving it, but lots of video reviews and online ratings. My "buy" day decision for the MME is still pretty far off. No BEV is going to drive like a 6-speed manual 350Z; it will be different, but that was then, this is now.
