Somewhere in these 23 pages the parts are specified. If you can't find them, let me know and I will see if I can find them for you. And I think there is link to the site that makes something like this and sells them.
I’ve already trudged through the 23 pages a couple times and don’t recall seeing the connector part number and/or supplier.

As your pic shows, and as you said: “I simply found the mating connector.” So if you could just simply look up what you bought and from whom, I think that would be really super helpful to many … and especially to me! ? Thanks!

I think the matng connector was provided on either the Newark or Digikey site. I will look for it tomorrow...

Thanks … maybe just search your order history? Everything I order generates at least one email message … so if don’t remember where I ordered a particular item, I usually can find out by checking my order history on Amazon and eBay and/or searching my email archive for the item name/description or part or model number.

You may want to reference the thread I created for adding a volume control to the pedestrian speaker. It includes the male part number I ordered from Newark. That one plugs into the speaker.

https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...et-when-i-want-diy-instructions-photos.24840/

The female one plugs in to the car wiring and is what is needed for the beeper deleter, I think. It has been a long time since I did the mod so I suggest going under the car and confirming. Or just buy both the male and female and use the one that fits.

The female connector was not available from Newark when I purchased, so I got it from Digikey.

Molex Connector Part Number - 34062-0032 | Molex (connector)
Molex Connector Part Number - 34080-0001 | Molex (pin)

I ordered 10 pins since they are easy to damage, and I wanted extras in case I messed one (or more) up.

Edit: I just checked through all my installation pictures and I am 99% sure the female connector above is the right one for the deleter, not the male one. The male one is only needed if you want to connect to the speaker and send sound to it, like I did.

There is another (arguably more simple) way to do this mod. https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...g-sound-using-free-pacm-method-forscan.25700/

Steps:
  1. Using FORScan set bit 2 in "720-09-02" to "0" - This tells the car that the PACM doesn't exist so it won't error.
  2. Remove 4 screws/bolts and remove panels to get to the PACM in the drivers rear wheel well.
  3. Unplug the PACM
  4. Put the panels and bolts back.
As somebody who doesn't have easy access to a lift and doesn't really want to lay under my car while it's up on ramps or jacks I found it much easier to flip a bit in FORScan and unplug the amp for that speaker in the back of the car. It took me less than 10 minutes and now I have access to FORScan. That was much better than getting under the car, removing the underbody, and shoving a resistor in place of a speaker. It can also be done quickly when taking the car to shows then undone when driving on normal streets.

Yes but then you can't control the volume or turn it on and off at will! Which sounds cool but I always leave my turned off anyway so in the end it is the same result. When I sell the car it will be a feature!

It would be incredibly easy to add a volume control right there. Two of the wires in this plug are the same ones that run to the speaker you tapped to add the volume knob. To me it’s easier to add it there than working under the car at the actual speaker. If you did that instead of just unplugging it there is no need for the FORScan update.

Well, I put my volume control on the dashboard under the light switch. It was pretty easy to run wires from the speaker to the dash and back.
