Do you consider the Mach-E an SUV?

I guess I’d compare it to a Blazer EV which Chevy calls an SUV. I was planning to buy one but the first ones did not have key features I wanted so I cancelled and here I am.

It's a CUV..., and not really a Mustang, (but Ford can call it what ever they want.)

Moreover it is just a Mach E - stand alone.

My 2012 Shelby is a Mustang!

I'd call it a crossover.

When people say "What kind of car is that?" I always say "Ford Mach-E", and leave out the "Mustang" part.

We have both a Mach-E and a GT, so we just call them by those names. No Mustang confusion here.

Nope. It's a sedan with a hatchback. There used to be lots of these kind of cars and they were never called an SUV. Station Wagon was one kind that had 3rd row seats typically. Otherwise it was just another version of a sedan. This whole SUV business is due to federal fuel efficiency standards that unfortunately didn't apply to trucks. The big 3 decided to kill the station wagon because it was considered a "car," and to call everything with a rear hatch a "truck" to avoid having to make them fuel efficient and clean.

I actually prefer to just call it a Mach-E. I've never been a big Mustang fan.

I go the other way - I prefer to just call it a Mustang. Not because I am a Mustang fan, but because Mach-E sounds so stupid.

Since it's not a body on frame SUV; the Mach E is a CUV.

Lifted mine 2", getting larger tires on it and rally type lights....
