Does anyone actually love their MME?

I absolutely love my MME! I wish my desktop or my iphone were as issue-free as my MME. Not to point fingers but there are some major league whiners on this forum but also a lot of very helpful members. TEST drive an MME and you will be smitten.

Love it. Love it. Love it. So happy I got it. I got back from a 5000 km 7 day road trip 2 weeks ago ( Ontario, Quebec, new brunswick, Nova Scotia). Not a single problem with the car this thing's a beast.

I absolutely love my MME! I have had it for about a month and have absolutely no regrets. Any complaints I have so far are nits. Sure, the FordPass app is not good, but also not necessary in order to drive the car. And I know the app will improve, as will the car overall, with OTA software updates.

But… since I have joined this group, I have noticed that there seem to be a lot of issues/complaints with the vehicle. To be fair, I currently drive a Jeep Cherokee and there are certainly ample issues/complaints on the Cherokee forums. So I guess all I really am looking for are some good positive experiences. What do you all LOVE about your MME? Any SOCAL owners? If so, which model did you get and how is that working out for you. At the end of the… are you all happy with your purchase? Thanks in advance for any comments (helpful, sarcastic, or otherwise)! Be safe out there!

I’ve never been a car geek but the Mach-e is the best car I’ve had in 60 years of driving.

I like it very much and it's my first electric vehicle. One thing I can't get over is the braking, there's a "brake coach" to teach how you how brakes should be applied. Whenever I want to brake hard, it just doesn't stop.

Does anyone know if I can switch from D to N when coasting to stop? Would that help to brake in shorter distances?

Have you tried one pedal driving? When I first tried it I thought it was weird I switched it off. Then I decided to try it again and now I love it. Very little breaking needed once you get the hang off it you can go places without using the break at all.

I have the Premium Ext Range AWD. I do love the car I had Multiple Lexus, Audi and Volvo and its the most fun car to drive. My issues are PAAK and software related issues all can be fixed with OTA updates. Once they resolve the software issue the car is great and fun and a head turner. I get more comments on this car than any I ever drove.

I love my Mach E, even though it already shows Service Vehicle Soon. But I HATE how Ford just cannot take care of its customers. The best I have been offered is a rental for $35/day, which equates to a compact car. I'm on day 11 without my car. No one has diagnosed it. I was told last Tuesday that Ford was sending two engineers, but no one knows when they are coming. So I wait, without a car right now because I had to return the rental after 10 days. I was just informed half an hour ago by a new rep that the rental could be extended, but I have to book at least three days in advance to find a compact car for the amount Ford allows.

So... I love my Mach E and miss it, but because of Ford's lack of ability to take care of someone who dropped $48K on their experiment, I may end up pursuing relief under the lemon law if/when the time comes.
