Has anyone seen know that this is? Log in screen only takes numbers. Carplay won't connect since the log in came up after my fist stop today? Was working when I left no problems. Pretty cloudy today so not sure what the problem is.

Does your Ford Pass app work? Can you log into your account on Ford.com?

Know what it is ever seen it before?

I will add that the app will no longer refresh and is now stuck at my first stop location where the log in ID first popped up. I made two more stops and it shut down and started it with the phone. Just get this pop up now and no carplay :(

No I do not think a log in prob and I do not want to log out with my phone right now until I see what happens. just tried it on my wife's android which hardly ever runs and it to is stuck at that first stop and will not refresh either. I got no response from the fordpass server a couple of times on the iphone? Maybe their server went down hard? I am not sure I am up with that type of intervention yet. Did not effect me starting it and driving it? Hope that remains the case.

Is there a thread on it I search but saw nothing?

Thank you good to know they are aware.

No update yesterday as least no notifications in the car or on the phone. Updates in car just say up to date and the last has now disappeared. Phone icons/options looked different but have not been in there for a while. Still says 3.5.4.2 on November 2, 2022 in the app.

This car is still going to start and function no problems with that log in screen? It is not going to time out and lock me out or anything? What's the fix?

Good to know have not modded anything and will sit tight to see. As soon as it happen fordpass stop to refresh and is locked at that location. I should have logged on with the number 1 as this is the only one in my fleet. 4 number log in is what it was looking for and 1234 was not it.

Had this app pop up on the Edge a few months ago after a Power Up. It’s apparently a fleet vehicle thing, it disappeared one day.
No change yet but looking at it and it is not an app it is a constrained operating system. Nothing in conductivity can be modified and you can not toggle conductivity off. You can not toggle wi-fi projection on as it is off by default and hence no wireless carplay. A new conductivity option shows a lock on its toggle (all are locked but I guess this one is special?) and is Insurance-Related Data Share Data for Insurance. Not sure what insurance company I am now sharing my data with but not fond of the new non-modifiable privacy options.

Fordpass has not refreshed since it happened. No charging information nothing and the app is now useless but works as a key.

If you think you have problems with this car today just wait until tomorrow. Was trying/working to get the departure schedules do not work fixed but a pause for the cause now for this. I guess nothing sets in fordpass at this stage anyway. Ford can you do us all a favor and please get your ... together with the software.

I understand you think they are aware of this but do you know the procedure to get it fixed? Do you know if this will just revert in a few days or do I have to initiate that?

Same problem. Unable to set Departure Time from FP. Loading screen spins for a while then times out with "Sorry, Ford Pass isn't responding. Try again later."

Charging level does not update in FP and shows data from two days ago. Charge log is also is two days out of date.

App Vehicle screen displays Updated Dec.8, 2022 at 10:28:01 AM with a location listed below.

Sync4A screen displayed a tile and pop up message saying Driver not logged in. Clicking the tile displayed a request for a Driver ID. Have no idea what that is and a search in the manual turned up nothing. The tile and message could be dismissed, but the message popped up again several times while driving; however, neither showed up when the car was driven later.

I've not noticed any other issues. PAAK still works. Walk away lock still works.

Problem seemed to coincide with FP 4.2.3 update. Android app version. Same behavior on two different Android phones.

Nothing to do with fordpass. Your car received an OTA that broke communication back to Ford completely. A fix is being worked on.

Thanks. Other than cryptic update message in FP, there is no indication either in FP or the vehicle that I received an OTA prior the problem occurring. If they did push an update that broke communication between the vehicle and Ford cloud, I'm wondering whether they're going to be able to fix this problem with an OTA.
