Drivers door suddenly not unlocking

Circling back on this, the issue has come back a couple, of times since last summer. Each time, pulling the negative battery cable for 0 30 seconds resolves it. I had hoped that when I got my glass recall work done last month they had done more software updates and this issue would not crop up again but I just had to do it again last night. ?

EDIT: Fixed typo above to say "30" seconds.

Besides getting the SSM applied last summer and whatever updates they did a month ago when it was in for glass recalls? No. But I'm not sure what else I should be doing so ??‍

What I meant was “disconnect for 0 seconds” is the same as not disconnecting at all? Bad joke…sorry.
