You can recondition your battery (see below topic), but yes you should replace it at 3 years to avoid issues.

Factory 3YR warranty is free replacement. After that, the replacement battery is a prorated warranty, so you will not be getting another free battery.

I am still on my original battery. 2021 FE. SOH 90%.
But i bought a battery, just in case. Didn’t have time to install it.

It refines it to prevent drainage. It’s all right there in the Update Details, what more could you possibly want to know?

I think this is a new bug in 5.14 on Android phones. A few people confirmed this for me in another thread. It doesn't seem to be happening on iOS.

I had this problem also on 5.14 but I just got 5.15 and it seems to fixed.

What do you mean by stuck? Stuck in "downloading" state or "update unsuccessful"?

ECG-25.2.5.7.1 just installed on my 2021 job 2 select non EA. Seemed to be stuck on "downloading" for an hour or two. I turned off the car. Checked it an hour later and it had installed successfully. Maybe it just needed a stop/start cycle to register completion.

2021 premium non EA. Got this update today while my car was plugged in and charging on a public L2 charger. Previously got blue cruise 1.3 last week.

Just checked, update did not complete - ugh.

OK Jim, don't give up yet. Try disabling and re-enabling the car's Automatic Updates setting. That's what seemed to kick off my download today (and the last update) unless it was totally by chance. Also I took a drive and after stopping/waiting/restarting the car the update completed. Maybe it was just getting out of the garage and into better cell reception. Maybe it was just took a lot of time.
