Yeah it feels like making appropriate accommodations and improvements to do away with surge pricing for chargers is the key thing. I understand that the surge pricing has a purpose, which is why I mention improvements needed. They need to talk to one another and figure it out.The answer is grants and loans to electric companies to build charging stations. A condition of the loan/grant would be a cap on the allowed charges based off local residential rates.
At some point EVs will be going through stations at enough regularity it won't be a surge, it will just be almost constant draw.
