I recently bought my Mach-E, just for the screen to die a few days later. The car has been in the shop for over a month now and they can’t figure out what the issue is. I was advised to start a claim to Ford for their Buy Back program.
Has anyone been through this process? I had a few questions about it:
1. How do I officially start it? I couldn’t find anything on the Ford website.
2. how long should this whole thing take?
3. I’d like to get another Mach E instead. Will I be able to keep my current loan terms? Or will they make me get a new loan with new terms?
4. Has anyone had any luck with skipping the process and just going back to the dealership and demanding a new vehicle instead of the defected one they sold them?
Would appreciate any advice!
thank you!
