I think now would be a good time for Ford to send out a customer survey for owners of the Mach-E.

They can asked about:

BC price
HVBJB
Do you plan on keeping after BC expires
Wind noise
PAAK
Slow OTA updates
Long wait time for repairs
Why no easy access to 12v battery
5 sec rule
Slow charging
More info while charging
Would you buy again
Do you feel you been ripped off with BC
Etc...

Add what else they should ask now.

BC price - I think $600/3 years was the sweet spot
HVBJB - not worried about it (low volume)
Do you plan on keeping after BC expires - yes
Wind noise - not an issue for me

Slow OTA updates - there have been some gaps but generally fine
Long wait time for repairs - that's on the dealers and parts suppliers
Why no easy access to 12v battery - panels pull off easy

I did receive a survey January 11, 2023 from Ford, I tried to copy the link but couldn't figure how to make it work. They did address most of the issues listed.. I lambasted them on the HV battery issues, the crazy ratdhetting back and forth while in Blue Cruse/Lane Keeping - neither my wife or I can sanction the weaving back and forth! The 5 second power cut is rediculus, When I bought the car, I didn't know about the limmiter. Anyway, I never heard back from Ford after I submitted the survey, different department like most big companies do not talk the the silo accross the street. Will I buy another MME, I really don't know, our 2021 MME GTPE has good points, but so do other makes...

Panels may pull off easily, but the connectors break or fall off. And it was pretty ridiculous to not make easier battery access. On the Lightning, the battery access is behind an easily removed panel, with connectors that get broken also. The side panel where the jump points are has connectors where the bottom half falls into the engine compartment. No replacements are available, you have to have a warranty claim for a brand new panel, with connectors.

it’s funny how ford has convince us that subscription is ok now when we already paid for the hardware. They have us debating hoe much to continue to pay for a feature and not whether we should be paying a subscription fee at all.

Just got a survey (5/18/23 12:30 PM EST) on BlueCruise asking about a subscription mode, $2100 for three years, $5000 for life. Told them I will not pay monthly for hardware I paid for when purchased. I told them I understand paying for "updates" like with GPS but would not purchase BC if a subscription is required.
