Ford Pass down? (1/4 AM)

No joy in Canada also. Paak and car still working fine here this morning. Trunk up and down via BT and opened, started and in gear no probs with pohne. No vehicle update info in FP so no departure settings. Are they going to reset us to get 1.7.1 installed? Pick a warm day .

This is more just a curiosity (not that we can do anything about it), but the Connected Services site is down as well. It appears to be the authorization/authentication server that isn't working, so I would expect this to be a worldwide issue. Oh well, guess we'll just have to start our cars the old-fashioned way ?

Oh, and so is the Early Access site.

Last night my car started by itself. Lights and all. I went to the ford pass app and it kept saying unable to start/stop or unlock the doors. Id assume it has something to do with this? Happened at 9:20pm EST from my cameras. I just figured it was cold (17 degrees) so it was acting funny because the battery was low. Plugged it in and had no other issues.

edit: My phone and key fob were far away as well so i don’t think it detected it. My headlights and taillights along with pony were on. Even after plugging it in to the charger the headlights would not turn off. I had to manually start the car again and flip the switch to off. This morning the lights were back on auto

How long was your car on?
Did you have to use the FOB to get in?
The headlights default to auto every time you start.
Once my headlights wouldn't turn off automatically after turning the car off so I turn them off manually, hasn't happened again so far.

How do you guys not already have the frunk button? Ive had it since i got my car back in December of 2021. (Its grayed out because of the app not working right bow but other wise it works fine. Just have to hold it down)

Are you on Android or iOS?

Finland down also. It does not even open the app, stays with the ford logo ( I guess the authentication is the one to blame here)

In my case, I am in Puerto Rico with the same problem. But PAAK works perfect. We'll keep waiting.

PaaK should work fine as long as you don't log out of FordPass, which you have to do manually. Tesla had same issue, people locked when their auth server crapped out, but they had logged out.

Oh, I’m in it as well. I’ve just never seen or heard from it, hence the laughs. I consider it a joke right now. They claimed I’d be among the first to have access to new features like BlueCruise.
