Can someone explain to me why this is happening?

I have had my GTPE since February. Charging exclusively at home. All charging showed up in Charge History in FordPass. Back in mid April I did my only charge in the wild and I did it at a L3 charger. That charge and every subsequent charge has not shown up in my Charge History. Any clues on how to fix this. I find it very frustrating to not have any history of my charging.

You probably turned off share driving data after hearing about the GM/LexusNexus lawsuit, which also disables charging data collection. So turn that setting back on. Ford doesn't sell your data to insurance companies BTW so it's safe to leave on.

So, two wrongs make a right?
As I write there are millions upon millions of people using Google Maps around the world. The idea that Google and "THEY" are singling you out to discover what route you take to Home Depot is ludicrous. If that really bothers you that much then you need to cancel any online purchases, subscriptions, in fact the Internet itself. Your mail service is a gold mine for people who want to know about you personal life, preferences, bills, investments. etc. Dump that library card, you don't want THEM knowing what you are reading. Credit cars should be the next to go, they not only reveal your purchases but your movements as well. Oh and don't throw out your trash without shredding it. You are frightened of Google and yet you join a public forum providing your name, over 900 messages expressing your personal thoughts about a variety of topics (including Google) for anyone to see. You even provided your location, vehicles owned and previous employment. Finally, getting rid of your computer and cell phone should bring you a sense of relief, Just don't think about the listening devices THEY have planted in your house or the tracking device on your car.

Remember, many people go through life running from something that isn't after them.

My charge schedule no longer works, fortunately it’s a holiday and I do not need to drive to work. Hopefully, an update is on its way because several features that previously worked do not in this version.

You are right, I did that around the same time! I turned it back on. Thanks!!

I just skimmed though all the post on this thread, and I didn't see anyone address this:

Did we lose the ability to see the details of the latest OTA update in FordPass 5.0? I can't find it anywhere and I've looked all over. And while on the topic, Ford why can't you just give us a log to see the history and details of all OTA updates?

Anyone know how to revert back to the former FordPass app?

Yes, in app its now just a fan pic. When you think about it you arent starting the car, you still need to be in it with a key and touch brake and start to turn on. All you are doing remotely is really turning on climate control.
I find it odd, a button labeled "start" actually means "start" charging to 100%, and fan symbol means "start" car. Doesn't even mean "start" charging to set slider, it means "start charging to 100%"
Yes I know fan doesn't "start" car, but am I the only one to assume "sart" meant "start" car?

Interestingly, my iPhone’s FordPass 5 doesn’t list anything for my recent software OTAs. My iPad’s FordPass 4.x lists April 5 as my last OTA. I received 6.14 OTA last week. So obviously OTA history is borked for both. ?‍♂?

I don't think it's possible, at least reading online regarding it.

it's now located under "vehicle" which gives location, then click on "directions" however, it now uses google maps, or other trip planner. For EVs ABRP (a better route planner) is probably better. Also, to find charger locations you have to go to "energy" and "public charging"

I see it in Vehicle > Settings > Software Updates > Update Details.

Maps don't work on Android 14.

Perhaps Ford could have a 'live' tutorial which would go through all of the screens and every button and symbol could pop up a box as to what it does.
