I thought the two app would be better but I am wrong it is worse.

where do we acess the public changing info screen - where is the elect America and Tesla set ups for plug-in charging I don't see that anymore it doesn't show what my balances on my free charging I don't know where to enter credit card in anymore in order to pay for charging it seems like that all part of the app has been destroyed

It is very bad form from ford to just launch something like this and have it just take over the old app and you have no choice there are many things in here that are confusing mislabeled or outright wrong like where you manage yourplug and play settings for public charging dose any one know

where is the a section where you manage your public charging features doesn't seem to exist in the app anymore it's very frustrating I can no longer plug and play in my Ford app I have an outstanding balance and I've attached a credit card to it and set up both electrified America and Tesla but none of the anymore after the update does anybody know what's going on here

I like the new version Ford Pass, but I really wish Ford had kept the Trip Planner application into the revised version. Trip Planner allowed me to plan a route, see the charge levels needed and chargers along the route for long trips. Now, I believe it can only be done if sitting in the vehicle. Bring back Trip Planner please.

Last knowledge I had, Trip planner is TBD atm. There's some much better stuff being thought out here. I believe it was already noted that the next generation of vehicles will have a much stronger buy into Android Automotive and Ford has a very close relationship with Google in regard. Do with that knowledge as you will.

i hope trip planner comes back real soon. Other than charging, I used trip planner more than anything else in the app. Really upset it’s gone for any amount of time

I used to see fuel level, location and estimated range for our class A RV. Now nothing

At least give the user the option to revert back to the earlier version until these issues are worked out.

I guess some could say it's user error when you want to view the Public Charging map and it won't appear after pushing the button. The user should know that he can only view the map once and then the phone must be restarted to view the Public Charging map again.
Logic would rather indicate it's a bug with the Android 14 app.

It worked all day yesterday. Tried Public Charging this morning and nothing. Restarted the phone and success. Galaxy Z Flip 5

Maps don't work on Android 14.

I find if I reboot my phone Android 14 most things in 5.0 work like location but they stop working and have to be rebooted again. Not sure why. I tried a lot of different app settings but nothing but a reboot gives me the most functionality for a while.

The old app had a feature where you could document service that an owner completed such as rotating tires or replacing cabin filter. That feature is no longer available. I am able to view service that I have completed in Service History on FP 5 but there is no place to add new service.
