Can’t seem to launch FordPass today, I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Anyone seen this issue, not updates for the app are available in the store.

No I would do a phone restart touch volume up and volume down then hold power button until you get Apple logo. I bet that fixes it.

I have had the same thing for the last couple of days on my iPhone 12 Pro Max as well. Even went to far as doing a factory reset on the phone and the car, and the iPhone is still doing the same.

I’ve had the issue recently but not today. Same phone as well. Force quit and restart.

I have the same phone as you with no issues. Have you force quit ALL apps, then do the phone reboot? Sometimes if the app isn‘t forced quit (even though it crashed) it could still be trying to load after the reboot. ?‍♂

I have an iPhone XR. The app stopped working, maybe Friday? I patiently waited for it to start working again as I thought it might be a Ford issue (happened before) - no luck. Phone restart didn’t help. I finally deleted and reinstalled the app today and it now seems to be working fine. I had to set up my PAAK again but that wasn’t too painful. Just remember to start that process in your car with the fob.

The app stopped working for me on Friday. Android, not iOS. So far I have done everything short of uninstall/reinstall. Hoping for an update that fixes it, otherwise I'll try the un/re route next time I'm in my car.

I can only speak to my experience, although a few others on here reported the same thing, that it seems the OTA Power Up 1.6.0 update broke both Ford Pass and PaaK for some people. It also disabled vehicle connectivity in my car. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall both (and turn connectivity off then back on from the car) but once that was done it's been seamless since.

What do you mean by 'reinstall both'? AFAIK vehicle connectivity is ok in my car. What wasn't working for you?

Reinstall = remove Ford Pass from your phone and reinstall, and also remove any registered PaaK and set it up again. I did not know that connectivity was disabled until after I got Ford Pass reinstalled and it could no longer connect to my car, it gave me an error.

I might have to try that but wanted to wait for next update in hopes it would fix it.

back from a trip, removed and reinstalled PAAK on my iphone. Now trying to set up PAAK again - no luck, the phone keeps saying it cannot connect to the car during the PAAK setup - the irony is that i get an email from ford, saying that i successfully set up PAAK. WTF!

How do i clear the PAAK and start all over again? i can't even find that in settings. please help.
