FordPass on iOS no longer syncing with Mach-E?

Howdy Folks,

This morning I noticed that my FordPass app had not synced with my Mach-E (2023 GT PE) since the previous day (24 hours since last update as I type this). Forcing a sync indicates a 'success' but nothing is actually is updated. My Mach-E seems to be working just fine, it is just the info in FordPass that won't update. Anyone experience this before, or any troubleshooting suggestions? Thanks!

I’m seeing the same behavior. 22 GT and it looks like I got 10.1.1 last night.

Freaked me out when I got to my office and it said Vehicle on but I knew it was plugged in and charging.

There is a massive cloud services provider outage happening (GCP) that is affecting all kinds of things downstream - internet services, websites, etc. It's likely that fordpass is having issues due to dependence on a service that is down right now.

Ford uses Google Cloud for its cloud services, and that's currently having an outage. My ecobee thermostat is also not connected to its cloud services and they also use Google lol

No need to echo the problem at this point but yes... There is a major cloud service outage causing IT folks headaches. Google cloud, Amazon web services... It's not your phone, the app or your car. We just have to wait it out until the Uber geeks figure it out.

***UPDATE*** They figured it out. The app is working again.
