UPDATE: I got my GT back tonight after 8wks at the dealer! Coax cable harness in headliner was successfully replaced last week. EV Tech wanted to road test a few more days before returning back to me. Took it home and used BC for a little bit. No faults! Time and mileage will tell, but Ford and some very dedicated dealer service depts are simply not giving up on this problem! I'll chime back again soon. This is really good news!
By golly they finally let you have it back! I was beginning to think they were going to continue coming up with excuses and keep it forever.

Wowsers! Ours has been in a week now for the 3rd attempt at fixing the issue. I hope they don't have to keep it 8 weeks, but honestly at this point I don't want the car back until it is fixed.

Please update us as you use the vehicle!

Yep, will do! Have them check the FC headliner coax harness 1st thing! Dealer SA *always* kept me in the loop every week. Ford authorized ALL part replacements & diagnostics without issue! The tech spent a lot time with Ford's hotline folks and an engineer did come out in person to inspect my car. I got 3 or 4 free gas fuel-ups in my back-up family ICE Camry (hybrid) and Ford Corp. is working with me on an "inconvenience" settlement.

Just to keep this thread alive, the frequency of occurrence in my vehicle has reduced dramatically now that the temperature is below 100F.

and Ford Corp. is working with me on an "inconvenience" settlement.
My car is going back in on Monday for hopefully the 3rd and final visit for this issue. I have not had an occurrence since getting the car back temporarily almost 3 weeks ago while waiting for the front coax cable to arrive. They will go on and install it even though we were never able to show my faults were related to this cable. Ford has reimbursed me for $2150 of gasoline, and reimbursed $500 for a car payment and loss of use. While they have the car next week, I plan to begin negotiations for complemenary extended warranty of some sort. I am quite worried the problem or another problem will crop up after my factory warranty expires in January. (32,500 now) Can I ask what kind of “inconvenience settlement” you are discussing? I am hoping for a fairly long term extended warranty contract or at least a significant credit toward one. I’m not sure how that would work.

The BEV case mgr flat out said Ford wouldn't reimburse for gas early on, but that was week 2 or 3 maybe. She said they would discuss "non-monetary" or "inconvenience" offers, but again that was right after 2nd dealer trip (1 wk total) and early on during 3rd repair visit (8+ wks total)! Around the 6th week of 3rd repair, she offered to send me a vehicle payment ASAP (via a debit MC). I mentioned an ext Ford warranty plan when I regained possession this 3rd time and she said that was on the table! Like you, I've bought gas for a guzzler back-up vehicle we were forced to use while my MME was in the shop. Probably about $80/wk x 8 = $640. I've saved Ford Corp. at least $45 (rental allowance) x 62 days = $2,790! Dealer gave me 4 free gas fill-ups = $260. Who got the better deal?

Welp, my front camera has once again completely failed. This is the third time. The camera started failing on me for short intervals almost immediately after the last repair, and now it has once again hard failed.

I have an appointment with my service manager Thursday. If they can't fix it I'm going to have to ask Ford to buy the thing back. I'm no longer interested in fighting through issues with this delayed lemon.

First thing they now need to check & very likely replace is the FC coax cable/harness in the headliner! There *should* now be some updated bulletin (TSB) about troubleshooting the FC errors! Inform SA/tech to call their hotlne. I got my car back on Friday and all looks good so far...

Hmm, any more detail on the TSB? Back In July, Ford issued TSB 22-2249 (and 22-2295), but I don't see they've been updated and I can't find any new ones (although, perhaps an insider would be more informed than I).

No official TSB regarding the camera coax cable has been published yet. But the hotline knows about it as a potential cause.

I got my cables replaced. No fault in over 2 weeks and about 500 miles

I am only getting the front camera fault message now. I guess pre-collision assist is fine?
Pretty cool here now. Temps in the 40s and 50s and the message will appear after retrieving my sunglasses or hitting a bump.

Just got the car back from dealership fix attempt #3. This time, they replaced the Control Assembly Audio Visual Unit LJ8Z-19H405-K. Did another 360 camera reset.
