My dealer just called and said they fixed it. They replaced the module a week ago but it was still giving the fault. The dealer said that they spoke with someone at ford and there was some glitch or error with the reprogramming. They finally reprogrammed, test drive it about 30 or so miles and this is the first time that the fault hasn’t popped up. They’re still doing the glass recall but said it should be ready tomorrow

It's been 2-1/2 weeks since your post, still no faults?
Mine's in the shop for the same issue for the first time, but they've had it for six weeks. A very swamped, high volume dealer with only three EV techs. I talked to the tech today, and he's updating all the modules for the second time (after a whole new batch came out around 9/15), and he has previously replaced the IPMA (according to him the one in the back of the car). I sure hope he get's it right the first time on mine.

The faults came back three days later. It’s back in the shop now. I see that the faults have cleared from the app and it looks like they’ve driven it over 100 miles. We’ll see what happens

My Mach E has been in the shop for 3 weeks for the recall along with the front camera fault. The module was replaced and it still giving alerts that’s pre collision is unavailable and that the camera is out. Dealership has no idea what to do and this is my second time bringing it in for the same issue. I’m seriously close to trading it in. The recalls aren’t a problem for me it’s just that’s no one can figure out how to fix the problem so it’s just sitting at the dealership. Anyone have success with fixing the problem?
My 2021 mach e select has a front camera fault at 35k miles , it says service is required. I think it sucks that there's no solution yet for others with the same problem. Because of what i've read on forum i've decided to drive it as is for now. I have a gas car but gas is like $6.89 cents to fill up right now around San Diego. I will keep reading thread to see if someone found a dealer that could fix the problem.

Mine was fixed. They had to replace the coax cable. Fault hasn’t returned.

James, this is an old thread. Look back at the dates. You happen to just be a little late to the dance. At 35K miles, I would get the car in asap before you hit 36K. I believe virtually everyone who had this problem has had it fixed. For most people the culprit was the coax cable to the front camera that was either damaged at original install, or when the windshield was replaced. Good luck.
