Yes I’ve been experiencing the same issue on my Mach E for months now was totaled be fixed with the next update but still having issues has anyone seen affixed to this kind of starting to regret getting this car

So it hurts me to be writing this in this group however never in my many years receive such horrible customer service from Ford. After reaching out to corporate and my local dealer about multiple issues with my Ford Mustang Mach-E which I haven’t had even a year yet this will probably be my last purchase with them from several hangups to there’s nothing we can do for you this type of customer service is just inconceivable and I totally regret buying my Ford Mustang Mach E

Hi Tim! This doesn't sound like an experience we want you to have with your Mach-E. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into this concern with your front camera on my end.
Help needed! Our Mach E has been at the dealer for 3 weeks with similar issues: Pre-collision not working, Adaptive cruise control not available, Park Aid malfunction, Blind Spot detection problem.
We would really appreciate any help you can give us and the Service Department at our dealership.

While driving I had the Front Camera Fault message appear the other day. I pulled over and powered off the car. The message did not reappear upon powering up the car. Everything appears to be working ok. So far, only happened once.

I am bringing it in again today. Fifth trip to dealership. Ford isn’t impressing me with their maintenance on the Mach E. First, couldn’t get car to patch. Waited weeks for word from Ford. Then, had to order new camera finally. Came in, installed it…they ordered the wrong camera. Re-ordered camera, came in…still doesnt work due to software. Who knows if they will get it right this time. It’s been two months without a functioning front camera, no cruise control or lane keeping.
Buyer beware.

I have also been having issues with my front camera along with a host of other issues. It went offline 6 times on my drive home Thursday night. This car is getting to be very concerning. I’ve been in contact with a member of the fore escalation team but has since dropped off in the past week. Getting sad.

Just writing an update. I brought my Mach-E into the dealer on 1/4/22. Its about 7.5 weeks later and the issue has still not been fixed successfully. I believe that the dealer has already tried installing 3 modules, but all 3 modules have refused to be successfully updated.

Luckily I have a 3rd car, but, the Mach-E has been at the dealership for more than 30 days already. Not ready to look into lemon law, as I really want the car. Hopefully with the number of people who are having a similar issue, Ford can figure out what's going on.

The issue has already been escalated... we'll see what happens.

I’m not surprise the customer service I’ve gotten thus far has been trash and very very bad from a consumer point of view don’t get me wrong love my Mech E put at this point I feel as if I should have got a Tesla

I am having the same issue, and my dealer said that Ford does not have a software update for it yet. When I bought the car, everything worked perfectly, so I don't understand how the software stopped working. Cannot use cruise control and an important safety feature of my car is useless. Ford should be paying me monthly for the features I do not have, since I am paying them monthly for my Ford Options plan.

I had the first camera replaced. Worked great for a while. Now I am having sporadic camera faults again! I have only owned the car about 6 months.
I'm about to take it in again. It took them a full month to get a camera to replace the first one...seems like this is the prime culprit in the Mach E.

They’ll probably try to recalibrate and if it doesn’t work they’ll replace the camera.
Got my cameras replaced after the message appeared once (during a snowy drive) and I casually mentioned it when I went in for the glass recall. They noticed irregularities (a slight haze, bubbles) in the lenses of the front and rear cameras. Took a couple weeks to come in but only one day to get them installed. All under guarantee so happy MME driver. .

Ive had this same issue in Jan 2022. took the car into the dealership to recalibrate and add new cameras to find out that ford has an update they need to do which was going to be out the end of March. Dealership has been dodging my calls and im still stuck with no lane assist/bluecruise for 4 months. I canceled my Truck order and will now start to look at tesla as a replacement for this non working junk. Also dont give your information to the FORD people on this site. They wont do anything or tell you anything at all.
