In this forum, sorry doesn't seem to be the hardest word -- patience does!
You realize you are saying that to people who have been waiting for a car they reserved almost 10 months ago and MAYBE got to only see and not touch at a car show . . . right?

Hate to say it, but the ride didn't happen yet. Hopefully I can get another date/time set.
Not to worry. Hopefully, you will get the opportunity another time. In the meantime, you provided a catalyst for an interesting discussion of the features of most interest to folks. It was interesting to read the various priorities. It reminded me again how excited people are for the MME but also how different features excite various people differently.

Does the clock start over for those of us that line-jumped to order a #machdrop FE in the last week? 😋

In all seriousness, my guess is that he was given the choice of taking the ride and keeping his mouth shut, or not going on the ride. The deafening silence from him suggests he was smart and took door #1.
Sadly, I am tending to agree

In June, 2019 at Ford Nationals in Carlisle, PA, a small group of Bronco owners got to see pictures of the new Bronco. This was 15 months ago. When they said "Ok, put your phones in the center of the table and sign this NDA", I knew things were about to get real. It was a struggle to NOT chime in online to tell people about it.

Maybe a NDA came out before his ride?

What is there to hide? The car has been introduced, unmasked prototypes are driving down the road, Ford has even showed them off (briefly) at dealers and at Ford facilities.

The only thing to "not" talk about would be if the car was a GT (which hasn't seen the light of day).

Ok: Perhaps he would see some software that isn't ready for prime time yet but that would be about it.

At this point Ford would want to have as many people talking about it as possible (e.g. Mach-E drop...!?).

One thing that has remained very tight-lipped is actual miles/kWh that testers are getting. Almost seems like the myriad of pictures we've been getting have actively been avoiding showing that, almost as though they're trying to keep it hidden (maybe until official EPA numbers come out?).

He was actually in the hospital over this past weekend. We are shooting for this coming weekend, pending how he feels. Unexpected things happen! Though, I do have quite the list of questions ready to go.

There are actually things more important than the MME. Imagine that.

As for questions, all I'd like to know is if you enjoy the ride.
