On the Ford Edge, certain years did just that. The front passenger seat back folded forward and completely flat and you cold haul all kinds of long items in that car. Unfortunately Ford does not have seats that do this anymore.I think one of the key things in this photo is the the front passenger seat is put way back. That allows for a greater angle so that you can go from pretty much corner to corner.
On my Volvo XC60 there was a really nice feature: the front passenger seat could fold forward, pretty close to 100%. There was a simple release that allowed this. It made hauling long(ish) stuff trivially easy.
