I am wondering why i am getting cold air coming out of the vents when it's on heat 76 degrees. Always something and they take so long to repair these cars !

The heater in these cars is underpowered, but be sure your car is in the RUNNING position not just ACCESSORY ON position. Heat/AC won't run unless the car is fully powered on. That seems to be a large percentage of issues.

If you are DRIVING YOUR CAR and there's no heat, make sure the heater button is active in the HVAC screen. I can't imagine it not turning on if you select heat, but it's possible.

Set it to 85°F and press the AUTO button a couple times. Feel for heat coming out of the floor vents after several minutes. If it’s still not hot then you need service.

If your temperature is set to something below the cabin temperature it will blow cold in order to get the cabin down to the set temperature. Make sure your HVAC is set to a higher temperature than the cabin’s temperature. Of course, if it is cold enough outside the HV battery will get the heat first. I once got cold HVAC air while driving in a snow storm. ?‍?
