Guys, if I can’t charge at home, the car is going back to the dealer until it works! Seriously.
Seems to be a very very small number of us with this issue and Ford is jumping on it to help the dealer’s service department. Other then that and my audio tone settings resetting every time I turn the car off, everything else has been great. I don’t drive real far each day so I am not as concerned. However, I can see this being a big issue if you have a decent daily commute. Again, a tiny number of us seem to have this issue and if you are still waiting on yours, you are probably going to be fine.

Hi - I just wanted to jump in here and add my voice to the # of us having this particular charging issue. The car is an FE; not sure the build date as it was a customers canceled order and the vin won't pull on the tracker. We've only had it a couple of days and I have yet to contact the dealer (ugh) but will do so and update here later.

We live in a brand new home, 14-50 dedicated 240v outlet specifically setup for car charging on 50 amp breaker. When the EVSE is plugged in to the 14-50 and then plugged into the car the EVSE flashes a red dot for a split second and then clicks and the blue light comes on solid. The charging panel LED's light up blue but within a couple of minutes they turn off and the car doesn't start charging. Fordpass knows it is plugged in and not charging.

The 110v works just fine and I've had zero issues with it. We did charge at a electrify america station today for about 20 minutes to test it and had zero issues. I didn't stop to watch the car but when we left it it was charging around 60kw and we gained around 18%. After that trip we went home and plugged it in (about 20 minutes later) and it started charging just fine from the 240v for a couple of hours before taking out to drive again. It's back to not working. I'm in Denver and this was the warmest part of the day, we were around 40 degrees. The rest of the time we've owned the car (and tonight) it's been around 20-30 degrees.

Out of curiosity, is anyone seeing a ‘charge settings conflict’ message on their display when stopping your car at your home? I’m wondering if this may be contributing to this issue.
I just started seeing that this evening.

You need to contact your dealer. You have the same exact issue as us. It’s an issue with the car. Just curious, where did you buy your car (state and if in Illinois, which city)? Also, you can see the build date of your car by looking at the driver side door well. What is your build date?

Your symptoms are exactly what I’m experiencing when it doesn’t work, but mine has yet to accept a 240V charge at home. Like @Brademcee states, Ford engineers are aware and will start working with dealers reporting the problem.

All, I am going to create an excel tracker later today where we can list the effected VINS and track. Just to let everyone know that I reached out to Ron Heiser (Chief Mach-E Engineer) and we have been emailing back and forth. He just let me know they are seeing this issue with a small number of vehicles. Please contact your dealership immediately, as this is becoming a known issue with the Mach-E team.

I just dropped the car off at Fair Oaks and let them know what’s going on. Let’s hope this doesn’t take too long to fix. I miss the car already. ?

They give you a loaner? Lol, your car may be what they use to figure this out for everyone.

Nope, no loaner. Get to drive the teenager's Subaru until it's sorted out. It sure looks like mine is going to be the guinea pig.

Wow, they should be giving us loaners.

So this is going to throw a twist on things. I drove my car in to the shop today and it charges fine on both the Ford mobile charger and on the Juice Box charger at 220V.

220 or 240V? Part of me believes this can also just be a software thing where the car regardless of what’s in the charging schedule for your home is telling it not to charge. Now part of my troubleshooting includes master resetting the car and not loading in any information with the Ford Pass or setting up profiles. That did not solve the issue.

Yes 240. There is 249V at the outlet. Only difference is I'm charging from an older drier style outlet that uses ground as neutral with an adapter to the 14-50 style plug.

Are they going to keep it for more than one day? If so, the warranty covers a loaner (or rental).
It's looking like they are going to have it for more than a day. I don't have an issue with not having a loaner. My wife and I have a small fleet of vehicles we can use with all the kids we have driving. ;)
