I've never seen a greenlots station in real life
Green Lots (Shell Oil) is the only DCFC in Hawaii. Nothing else, including Superchargers, out here.

Personally, I think EA is a myth. ;)

Haha well that would explain why I haven't seen one. And when I say I haven't seen one in real life, that also includes even seeing one on an app such as plug share.

After 5 weeks I am still not able to activate the FordPass Charging Network. Only just this week did the Navigation show up on the Connected Services screen. Have called the Ford marketing phone number and they initiated a ticket but it has been 10 days and I have had no follow up.

Not a huge deal as I charge at home, but this was a prominent marketing gimmick and I expect it to work.

Also, still have not been able to connect to the home wi-fi. Probably won't panic until the first OTA comes out.
Update: FordPass Charging Network finally appeared on the Connected Services screen. Sign-up was glitch-free.

Now I just need to get the wi-fi to connect at home for the OTA.

I picked up my car yesterday and I’ve not been able to get plug in charge to work.

I called Ford today and although I had set it up, it showed as configured in the app, was enabled... BUT the VIN was not on my account(?) it was still assigned to the dealership so they added it, yet it still doesn’t work by just plugging it in. I CAN activate it via the app though and when done getting some kw I get a “charge port error see manua “. Any idea how to get Plug and Charger to work?

Has there been any word from Ford when for us to expect an OTA to improve the stability of plug & charge?

P&C functionality appears to be “within spec.” Not happy about that? Here’s another 5,000 free kWh you probably can’t use.

No. In the meantime, activate the charger via the FordPass app and you'll be able to use your credits and have stable charging.

Took my 3 day old IB to an Electrify America charging station one town away from our house. I had my car all configured for Plug & Charge according to my Ford Pass. Chargers are 150 kw and there were 4 chargers with two cords on each one. First one didn't work and put an error message on my car. Something about there being a fault on the charger. Went to the second charger and it did handshake with my car but said no DC charging (but then DID work and I charged thge car using a credit card rather than my Apple wallet program). All-in-all these chargers don't inspire a lot of confidence in me and did not work well using DC charger in car. Felt like my day was wasted somewhat. Here are a few pics:

When I was done, I received a boxed in error message on my information panel stating there was a "fault in the charging station - check owners manual." I checked the manual and couldn't find anything that talked about this type of error message so I'm asking anybody who reads this. How do I get rid of this annoying message.

Press OK on the steering wheel.

Congrats on your first DCFC session. Looks like you learned a lot from it and it was worth the journey. I've yet to try DCFC on mine, yet.
Boy an I embarrassed at such a simple solution. I thought I’d have to bring it in already. Yes, the EA chsrgers worked well with only problems of P&C, my Apple wallet wouldn’t work sending out radio signals and the error message generated on my screen. I think the “fillup” cost $2.48. Now I need P&C to work and to be able to work with Ford Pass to use the 250 watt “gift “ from them. These are all EA system errors. I also have to get ChargePoint to work too. Glad my Ford Mobile Charger works like it’s supposed to.

I'm surprised you haven't seen the several threads related to charging faults caused by plug-n-charge, with the solution being to start the charging from the app first and then plugging in.

Not sure I would have figured it out, either. @SnBGC posted about the OK button elsewhere, for other persistent notifications. I've used it to remove a warning about an unbuckled passenger, for instance.

Regarding P&C and your Ford/EA credits... That's been covered a lot. Read my post that was just before yours.

This.

P&C is a bit spotty for many. You can access your free time by using FordPass first.
