How to see Ford Nav in the carplay split screen view?

Hi! Anyone know how to configure the carplay split screen to show the Ford Nav? Mine will only show the apple maps and I don't like using apple maps. I like the Ford Nav much better. I have scoured the internet looking for ideas, to no avail. Thanks for any tips!

Ford has decided that nobody needs to see more than one thing on the screen at a time. There’s currently no way to do it.

Everyone wants that to be improved. It's such a shame that we have a giant 15.5" screen but are limited to displaying one thing at a time.

That's a CarPlay screen, not a Ford screen. Ford would need to release the nav app as an iOS app for it to appear in that display. Waze and Google Maps will appear there if that's the map app you're using.

Just turn off CarPlay and use Bluetooth for music/phone. This will work fine and uses all the native apps.
You can also try apps like Google Maps or Waze in CarPlay and see if you prefer those.

Ford nav uses wego maps might want to check if that app works with carplay. You can find it at wego.here.com

You can use Ford nav along with CarPlay audio just fine. You don't need to resort to Bluetooth audio when you're using Ford nav.

I realize that, but it is a pain to switch between the two screens. I just wanted him to know you can control phone and music from the SYNC environment as well.
