OMG, sorry for your loss LOL. I mentioned the Options plan to my dealership when I did the order and they didn't know about it, this was back in June. I plan on reminding them prior to my purchase for sure, you aren't the first one that's had to educate their dealership on financing options. Just crazy that the clients know more about the financing and also how the car works than the dealerships do right now.

Crazy that people are getting finally getting GTs and all we have media wise are these stupid ride alongs for months. I've never seen anything like this...

Makes one wonder if that is because it is not as impressive as was once thought? I'm just saying...
That's what happens when someone reserves in NOV 2019 puts $500 down, can't order until May, ETA for delivery changes from 2 Oct to 31 Oct and now to NOTHING!

Certainly the Model 3 as well as the Select and Route 1 aero covers are designed to be removed and replaced it desired. In the case of the Route 1 and Select there are tabs that stick out of the back of the covers and snap around the lip of the aluminum. The plastic is soft enough they they don't break if you pop them off. The center of those aero covers are also held in place by the lug nuts, so you do have to remove them to get the cover off. After that it is a pretty easy process of popping the covers loose.

Back when I converted my reservation into an order I let the dealer know that I wanted to use Ford Options. Their response at the time was that they didn’t know if Options would be extended to the GT-PE. At this time, we know different, so I plan on reminding my dealer about Ford Options when my production week arrives and shortly before my expected delivery date.

So unless they've used guerilla glue to keep those things on, they should be able to come off easily.

Do we need to do a grubhub for you? Or, some liquor delivery to help with the pain they are putting you through. Just remember, once you drive it off the lot, this pain is gone!

How is this possible? One local lot showed 9 new cars on the lot. No one at Ford is busy, can't they just call Ford Finance? Or is there some other problem, like trying to get you to Finance with them in a way they like better?

Sadly there's no track in my immediate future. My wife almost needed a straight jacket after we left and demanded that I rush her to Red Lobster. I was able to swindle her to one a bit further away and I dropped the car off for tint and some ceramic coating. Along the way, however, I tried to kick the accelerator pedal through the floorboard and was greeted with my heart slamming against my spine!! Now I drive a 1000+ horsepower Shelby, so I'm used to quick acceleration. The Mach-E leapt and shot off like a scalded pony. I mentioned that I wasn't impressed with it's straight line performance, and I was set straight. IT'S DEFINITELY QUICK.

To those that I might have left with regret, I apologize. You'll love it.

Car is a beaut! That Red Lobster comment had me rolling!!! Can't say I blame her. RL is delectable! I have to say, those GT rims just look good to me. Can't wait to get mine.

Well that's kind of cool because now you can develop all kinds of aftermarket things that fit in that space for organizing other than a plastic divider for as a Ford reps at a car show once it's a great place to put your beer.

Awesome to hear from someone with experience in super fast cars actually legitimize the speed of the GT. One of the biggest things ive been waiting for in a review online is "but how fast is it really?"

Now I know I made the right choice. Love the regular GT even more now with your pictures too. I feel like I'm happier I went regular GT every time I see new pictures of it.

Now for someone to pick up a space white GT so I can see the color I chose.

Looking forward to a couple vids from you and the dragy times too!
