It’s not built in a US factory so I don’t see any way for the MME to qualify for the additional $5k bonuses.

Doubtful It will be retroactive. Even if it is, it depends on the definition of “made in America.” The MME is made in Mexico, which is part of North America, but do they define “made in America” as made in the United States?
