Quite the opposite. An "issues" forum is the best place to monitor how frequent issues happen, what types of issues there are, etc. It's pretty standard... One thing I've noticed on this forum is people seem to be a LOT less critical of the MME because it's an EV and the people who buy them are EV "enthusiasts". They'll overlook issues that a typical consumer might not, which seems to be the case in most instances. I've seen (and been part of one) class action suits against auto manufacturers for less.Have you considered that maybe the "Issues" subforum on a vehicle specific message board isn't really the most representative place to gauge reliability?
Look, the ME seems like an awesome car. I'm just making sure it's something I'd be willing to spend $65k on if there's issues that are coming up and Ford basically tells them to pound sand when they go to the dealership. That or they're without a vehicle for weeks/months. I'm not trying to start an argument. I just like to make informed decisions when I spend this kind of money.
Please try to avoid the backhanded comments. This is why the EV crowd gets a bad name. When you start attacking people because they're not 100% on board, it just hurts hurts the overall EV image.
