With credits to fellow forum member Su-Ch-MachE, I am now reading this interesting smart-charging website of Vector.com. There are multiple downloadable and free-order reference posters etc. here.

To my surprise, the proliferation of different AC and DC charging port / plug versions across the world apparently will continue to increase

I found that a laptop / computer screen is the best for their website, and in case the website's language is foreign, there is an International English version available via a drop-down tab.

Enjoy!

Keep in mind that when traveling to another continent, you are never bringing your EV on that trip. So, it literally does not matter whether they have the same charging port / protocols that you have at home.
This is opposite of cell phone technology where you absolutely bring your device and expect it to work overseas.

Yes, it's a big deal for manufacturers to consider costs / complexity of an expanding world of protocols, but not end users.

I suppose the only way it would matter to an EV owner is if your vehicle protocol started to become obsolete at home (i.e. CHAdeMO)

Well, actually it depends.

A bit out of the blue I just got contacted two days ago about taking a well-paying job in Europe.

From other life events, I know that prices and procedures for shipping a car across the Atlantic are actually not exorbitant or unreasonable.

And knowing European gas prices and having a pretty new Mach E...

However, I know my case might be on the edge of common use cases. Therefore I offer this company's URL for common knowledge and discussion here.

Transport costs are the least of your worry. Your car must be modified to work with the receiving country's regulations. Even in North America, shipping cars between Canada and the US is a huge hassle and generally not worth it.

I've actually done this three times in my life already, thanks to employment. While not exactly usual, it does happen.

Man, why squander an opportunity to drive an EV you can't get in America?
Haha because I'm not a millionaire ;)
