Here's my CarandTruckRemotes.com key fob. Now I just need a car to go with it.

glad to see you were able to locate and purchase a Fob.....
$99 at https://www.carandtruckremotes.com/2021-ford-mustang-electric-smart-remote-4b.html

My Dealership is refusing to provide a 2nd Fob so far, so I'm increasingly pissed off that they are not working with Ford on (our) behalf to obtain 2nd Fobs since PAAK is CRAP.

Have you been able to dig up instructions on how to program Fob?
...apparently it is pretty specific to the MME, and I have not dug up the exact procedure... there seem to be a number of threads started on the topic, but so far I have found only procedures related to 'other' Fobs, not specifically how to program a second Fob for the MME

I would hope to avoid my Dealer at this point for programming or any other service.

I got mine delivered, tax included, from carandtruckremotes.com for $81.98 after a coupon that popped up from Honey or one of the other coupon extensions on my Chrome browser. There's a sticker attached to the invoice that says: "Must be programmed by a Car Locksmith or a Dealership". When you order there's a pop-up that shows you locksmiths in your area.

$80-$100 is not too bad for the Fob, but I am hating my Dealership for not following thru on this, and I'd rather program it myself. I'm hoping that one of our Ford 'inside contacts' can locate and post the dealer instructions?!

Your dealer or a locksmith are your only options, unfortunately.
I can't imagine why, since no physical key is being cut, and no external equipment is needed, right? Isn't this just a procedure documented somewhere in Ford Service manual for the MME?

Not going to happen as this is a security issue that is carefully controlled by Ford and other manufacturers. As I noted elsewhere, my local automotive locksmith did the programming for me (charged $100 to do two of them). He needed to use special OEM hardware and software that was only accessible to him because of his certification. Maybe, at some point in the future, lesser equipment and software will work but not now. As someone else suggested, find a nearby locksmith at the handy link provided by Car and Truck Remotes.

Yes, but the procedure requires 2 fobs. If you only have one, you need to hook up to the OBD2 port with special software or equipment.

normally Ford includes two fobs, so adding a third isn't a big deal as long as you think to do it before you lose one. in this case though...

Bought a fob from CarandTruckRemote and am working with one of the locksmith's they recommend. Any chance you could provide me the name of the locksmith you used in your area, so my guy can contact him if he has any questions about the process?
