Well if its somewhere in Southeastern Michigan there is a rain/snow event all day today. Thus they will test out traction control pretty good as well.

Ford has been making cars with shutters for a while now (current Escape has them). I'm sure that is factored in (especially given all the winter testing videos we've seen).
