Just received my MME beginning of July, was great for a few days.
Plugged in the 120 at home and knew to expect a slow charge on day 2, worked exactly as expected. Plugged back in after a day of cruising and it didn't charge! No errors on the charger, no errors on the car... All signs pointed to it was charging, but it hadn't when I got up for work the next morning (but sufficient charge to manage the day).
Got home and flipped between the 120 and then newly installed 240 plug ins on the ford mobile charger with the same result. Ford mobile charger pulsing blue and car charger port also blinking blue on the correct quadrant, Fordpass and car both showing that it was charging, and even acknowledging the different power levels based on the expected completion time (an afternoon on 240 and a day and a half on 120) Everything thought it was working but the car was not charging. Left it over a couple of days because it was the weekend and added some 3% over 40 hours.
Took it to the dealer to try their charger (which had worked like the 120 did at home previously) and it also wouldn't charge... Impression we got from the dealer was that it was our fault that the power supply somehow caused our problems. Ended up having to leave my MME at the dealer for them to try and figure out, noticed they left it on the 48amp ford charger and it got 1% in 5 hours.
I've seen a few posts on here with similar sounding issues but wanted to share after feeling blamed when it's clearly a car problem. Hoping they have some kind of update soon but nothing so far... Bets are on the onboard charger (which they should have been able to easily rule out with the DC fast charger next door), the charging module, or a battery problem.
